Pirsonal is hiring a remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify new potential clients and generate leads for Spanish-speaking countries. The SDR will be responsible for making calls on marketing leads, creating email campaigns, responding to inbound communications, researching and qualifying prospects, managing unattended leads, filling the calendar of Technical Sales Representatives or Account Executives with net new companies, using social selling platforms like LinkedIn, tracking lead activity, and having weekly goal meetings. The required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree between May 2015 and May/June 2018, perfect communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken), proficiency with LinkedIn, strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, patience, persistence, interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly, and the ability to build and manage a book of business.

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn
