Benefits & Perks

We offer a range of employee benefits, including paid time off. This includes 25 calendar days of paid vacation (some regions offer 18 days), 11 paid holidays (US) or 10 National and Festival Holidays (India), 5 uncertified sick days, and 14 days of sick leave with a medical certificate. A Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy is also available. We give employees 2 days off for volunteering.

Parental leave includes 18 weeks for maternity and 4 weeks for paternity. In India, we offer up to 26 weeks of paid maternity leave for the first two children and 4 weeks of paid parental leave.

Our health and insurance benefits include medical insurance (for employees and dependents), comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and employer-paid vision insurance), life insurance, and employer-paid short- and long-term disability. In India, a Group Medical Plan covers employees, spouses, children, and parents/in-laws for Rs 5,00,000. This comes with free health checkups, Personal Accident Insurance (Rs 50,00,000), and Term Life Insurance (Rs 50,00,000).

We support financial well-being with a 401(k) plan that includes an employer match and FSA/HSA benefits. We offer a hybrid working model. Additional allowances and perks include a $500 working-from-home stipend, Broadband/Internet Reimbursement (INR 1500 per month in India), a school allowance (up to โ‚ฌ600/month for school-aged children), a SIM card with unlimited internet access, and an office lunch allowance (via Wolt) on Wednesdays/Thursdays. Some locations also provide a fully-stocked pantry and complimentary lunch.
