Our headquarters are in Boca Raton, FL where the majority of our employees are located, and we have additional office locations in Seattle, WA and Toronto, Canada.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to represent springbig as we continue to expand our market share as the leading loyalty and communications platform for the cannabis industry. The Sales Development Representatives is responsible for selling springbig’s SaaS technology services to cannabis retailers and producers in a defined geographical territory.

What are we looking for in a team member?

Your specialization is less important than your ability to learn fast, communicate and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate leads via email, phone, and social media.
  • Conduct research to identify the needs and scale of an opportunity.
  • Schedule qualified leads for demos with Company’s Business Development Managers.
  • Personalize communications to high-value leads.
  • Maintain active engagement with your prospects and provide feedback on how to better improve your funnel and performance.

Requirements:

  • Tech savvy + SAAS experience
  • Sharp, self-starter, go-getter, motivated by reaching numbers / goals.
  • Extremely comfortable on the phone, with volume cold calling and drumming up business.
  • High business acumen, professional and not easily distracted.
  • Smart, hungry, and excited about a career in SaaS Sales.
  • A natural intellectual curiosity coupled with resolute grit
  • Experience in lead generation, outbound calling, qualifying leads, and advancing the sales process.
  • Excellent written communication and grammatical skills; ability to craft strong sales and prospecting emails
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong verbal communication skills.
