Who uses Talkie? Talkie’s voice agents handle over half a million patient conversations every month. Our technology is trusted by clinics from a variety of specialties (including dermatology, urology, primary care, orthopedics, etc.), as well as public and private hospitals in both the United States and Poland.
Job Description: We’re looking for a highly energetic Cold Caller to join the Talkie.ai team and help us expand our presence in the US healthcare market, specifically among clinics and private practices (5–50 providers). Your mission will be to initiate first contact with potential customers and schedule meetings for Janek and Piotrek from our Sales Team.
You’ll be speaking directly (in English, US market) to decision-makers like Practice Managers, Admin Leads, and Practice Owners. You will support Talkie.ai’s brand awareness as a leader in healthcare phone automation in the US.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities: ✅ Conduct cold calls to clinics and private medical practices in the US
✅ Perform brief lead qualification using a defined script and checklist
✅ Schedule meetings via Google Meets / Zoom for our Sales Managers
✅ Log conversation details and updates into the CRM
✅ Work from ready-made lead lists and contribute to keeping them updated
Your Goals: ✅ Schedule 12 qualified meetings per month
✅ Ensure at least 50% of meetings convert into SQLs (quality > quantity 😀)
✅ Regularly report “news from the front” back to the Sales and Marketing teams
Ideal Candidate Profile: 🔹 Fluent in English (C1 level or higher), comfortable navigating US business conversations
🔹 6+ months of experience in cold calling or appointment setting
🔹 Understands that 90%+ of calls end in a “No, thank you”—but still chases that one “Yes!”
🔹 Has experience working toward specific KPIs (calls made, meetings booked)
🔹 Curious and willing to learn about AI Voice technology and the US healthcare industry
🔹 Bonus points for experience in healthcare tech or SaaS
