Job description

As our Sales Director, North America, you will be a pivotal leader in driving significant growth across our brand, data and media owner business throughout North America, collaborating closely with our dynamic leadership team.

You will be responsible for engaging senior-level contacts through compelling, value-based presentations, confidently navigating the technical intricacies of enterprise software sales. We are seeking an intelligent, self-motivated, dynamic, positive, and collaborative individual who combines these traits with a deep understanding of the vast advertising, marketing, and data industries. You will be adept at closing deals and instrumental in developing and driving our business acrossΒ North America.

You possess a genuine passion for strategic thinking and customer success, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a natural ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external experts.   • Proven sales leadership experience (5+ years preferred) within the digital marketing and advertising ecosystem in North America, specifically with a strong track record in data, platform, or SaaS businesses.

  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including ad tech, media buying, campaign optimization and measurement.

  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex sales cycles within the agency operations and brand direct environments.

  • Foundational knowledge and keen interest in emerging technologies related to data collaboration, identity resolution, and privacy-centric solutions.

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about identifying customer challenges and developing innovative, sales-led solutions that deliver measurable value.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities and contribute to product and go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to ensure customer success and drive product adoption.

You will receive a competitive salary based on your experience and ability to perform in role between $150-160k basic, 25 days annual leave (excluding public holidays), target led bonus scheme, private health care, mental wellbeing support via our fantastic EAP, corporate discounts and salary sacrifice schemes.
