Job Description
Manage daily contacts with existing and prospective retailers via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Develop strong, lasting commercial relationships.
Organize, prioritize, and follow up independently.
Understand each retailer’s positioning and needs to propose the right products.
Support local sell-out initiatives and track feedback.
Work closely with KROM’s international sales management to grow the brand worldwide.
You will NOT handle major key accounts yourself (they are managed directly by the International Sales Director) – your focus will be on empowering and scaling the independent retailer network.
Qualifications
Excellent communicator: Clear, positive, persuasive across cultures.
Organized and autonomous: You know how to plan your time, prioritize leads, and work efficiently without daily supervision.
Natural sales drive: You genuinely enjoy connecting, convincing, and closing.
Cultural sensitivity: You can easily adapt your tone and style depending on the country and type of client.
Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (mandatory).
Interest in lifestyle, sports, or youth culture is a big plus.

Location: Remote from Lebanon (based in Lebanon, working internationally)
