We are looking for a sharp, logical, and highly organized Sales Operations Specialist to streamline and enhance our sales and marketing operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, and outstanding English communication. You will play a key role in building scalable sales processes, improving data accuracy, and aligning sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

  • Sales Enablement & Strategy Develop and manage sales playbooks, define the buyer’s journey, and improve forecasting accuracy in collaboration with the Head of Sales.

  • CRM & Data Management Maintain clean and reliable CRM data, monitor changes in key contacts, and support hypothesis testing to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Sales Content & Tools Development Create demo environments, tailored presentations, competitor battlecards, and customer case studies to support the sales process.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing to align sales and marketing funnels and continuously refine outbound strategies.

  • Reporting & Process Optimization Build dashboards to track key sales metrics and implement streamlined processes to boost sales and marketing efficiency.

Requirements

What we look for (requirements)

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue/Data Operations, Business Analysis or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot) and sales automation tools.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience creating sales enablement content such as playbooks, battlecards, and case studies.

  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting and data analysis techniques.

Nice-to-have skills

  •  Experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry.

  •  Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

  •  Experience working closely with both sales and marketing teams.
