About your role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Support professional to maintain data integrity, support operational efficiencies, and assist in sales-related processes. The ideal candidate will ensure data hygiene, data cleanup, and accuracy within our CRM and other sales operations systems, enabling smooth sales and business operations.
What you will do:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Hygiene & Cleanup
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across CRM
Identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, or incorrect records to maintain a clean database.
Implement data validation processes to prevent errors and inconsistencies.
2. Sales Operations Support
Assist in account corrections, merges, and updates in CRM systems.
Support automation initiatives to enhance sales operations.
3. Reporting & Documentation
Utilise Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
Document processes and best practices for data hygiene and sales operations.
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in sales operations or data management.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning, and automation).
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) or data management tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
