Founded in 2014, we provide connected software, data, and fund administration services for General Partners (GPs) in private markets like private equity, venture capital, and commercial real estate.

Our platform centralizes data and connects Limited Partners (LPs) and GPs across workflows such as fundraising, investor onboarding, compliance, treasury, reporting, and investor management. It includes JunieAI to make workflows faster and provide data insights.

We offer tools for investor relations, fundraising, onboarding, and reporting, and for finance and operations professionals to handle fund structures, compliance, and controls.

Over 2,000 GPs use our platform to manage more than 40,000 funds, 700,000 LP accounts, and $1 trillion in LP capital. We are SOC-1 and SOC-2 compliant.

Most of us work remotely with occasional in-person gatherings, following a “from the Cloud” model. We maintain a physical office in San Francisco for those who prefer to work there.
