Job Description
Cricut Latin America’s team is a fast paced, passionate sales and marketing organization. We are responsible for all aspects of the brand in the region and service distributors, retailers and e-commerce accounts across Latin America. We strive for excellence, strategic alignment and execution, cross functional collaboration, and teamwork
About the role – you will:
- Be responsible for Sales in the largest market in Latin America
- Manage current e-commerce, distribution and reseller accounts
- Develop new sales channels for the brand
- Optimize Cricut machines, accessories, and consumables (wholesale, retail and ecommerce) mix, sales and margins
- Work with cross functional teams (Pricing, Marketing, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Technical Support) to deliver the best customer experience and achieve/exceed company’s revenue targets
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Be an expert on the market, understand customer needs, competition and market trends to provide valuable insights to the business
- Focus on Q+2 planning and forecasting to align with company targets
- Develop and coordinate relationships with all Customer functions (purchasing, marketing, finance, service)
- Create and maintain an understanding of TAM, share and growth opportunities
About you:
As the Sales Representative for Brazil you will manage and expand the presence of the Cricut brand in your region. You will be responsible for the region´s success. You will inspire, educate foster entrepreneurship and creativity in your markets. You will also:
- Set ambitious goals
- Define Regional and Segment targets
- Have deep knowledge of e-commerce sales and platforms
- Effectively articulate Cricut to key customers
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Creatively find solutions for big challenges
- Set priorities and oversee execution
- Have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Be energetic and creative with an upbeat, positive attitude
- Be a team player and a highly proficient listener with a consultative style and the ability to shape customer thinking.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with proven track record in technology/consumer electronic sales, marketing and business development. E-commerce sales a must.
- Ability to uncover customer needs and potential market trends to formulate a strategy in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Excellent presentation skills
- Superb analytical skills
- Available to work from home office
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
You might also have: English/Spanish languages strongly preferred
Location: Brazil
Travel: up to 40%
