About the role
As a Sales Representative for our ServeIT product, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing a healthy pipeline, bringing new law firms and legal teams on board, and setting them up for success from day one. You’ll identify new prospects, explain how our platform makes their workflows faster and more efficient, close deals, and ensure a smooth handoff for long-term growth. This role focuses on building strong relationships to make a real impact in the legal tech space with InfoTrack’s fastest growing product.
Responsibilities
Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities across your territory from initial interest through to the sale closing
Develop a deep understanding of our target market, focusing on law firms and legal professionals, and learn about the challenges they face that our software can address
Proactively source and manage opportunities yourself through research and direct outreach
Apply consultative sales techniques to identify process inefficiencies and offer impactful solutions to prospects
Sell remotely using sales tools such as Salesforce, Dialpad, Zoom, and ZoomInfo
Take ownership of onboarding new clients. At InfoTrack, sign-up is just the beginning; as a transactional business your role includes account setup, training, and helping them to place their first orders
Understand and achieve your targets and key performance metrics, performing consistently against your quota.
Partner with Marketing and Agency Success teams to develop onboarding plans and strategies that drive rapid adoption and usage of our services
Continue developing your knowledge and understanding of our product, customers, and the most effective sales tactics and strategies
2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software or legal services (e.g., service of process)
Legal industry knowledge (especially civil litigation and service of process)
Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and consistently exceed sales targets
Strong consultative selling skills and a focus on building trust with clients
Confident communicator with experience delivering live product demos via video
Tech-savvy, with exposure to SaaS and web technologies; Salesforce experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Compensation
The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.
$100,750 OTE with uncapped commissions
