Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Designer (Hybrid)

Job Description:
The Enterprise Platform services team needs an experienced Salesforce solutions designer/architect to work with teams to transition legacy applications, design new solutions, and makethe most efficient and effective use of the client Salesforce investment.
The duties will include:
- Provide cost, time, and resource efforts for new EPSG demands and enhancements
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning with business partners, vendors, and organizational unit management
- Provide consultation and planning for specific modifications and enhancements to production applications/information systems
- Assist applications development staff while serving as a point of escalation for difficult problems
- Make recommendations to management on enterprise development practices, standards, and tools
- Mentor and train other organizational unit applications development staff in standard development practices, standards, and tools when requested
- Monitor efforts for quality assurance and adherence to state, departmental, and divisional standards and procedures
- Conduct platform assessment and performance monitoring to avoid preventable interruption of production, and to provide optimum quality service to the clients
- Coordinate application assessment and performance monitoring with development teams
- Coordinate technical discussions and demos as requested
