LOCATION
This position works under a flexible work model. You may work hybrid at the office in La Paz, Bolivia, or remote in LATAM.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a Senior Software Developer with strong experience in enterprise software development and a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, leading end-to-end development, solution design, and integrations across a variety of platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of project deliverables, mentor teammates, and contribute to the configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of complex business solutions. While Salesforce remains a key component, this role also supports integrations with ERP, CRM, middleware, and custom applications.
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions for integration projects across platforms such as Salesforce, ERP systems, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and custom applications.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions aligned with business goals and technical best practices.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ and other platform-specific modules as needed.
- Develop and optimize automation using platform-native tools and integration frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration specialists to deliver custom components and middleware solutions.
- Customize and configure enterprise applications, including data models, user interfaces, and security settings.
- Lead QA efforts including test script creation, system testing, and environment validation.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) across multiple platforms, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other integration tools.
- Build and launch user-facing portals or dashboards using Experience Cloud or similar technologies.
- Provide end-user training and documentation to support custom implementations and third-party integrations.
- Proactively identify risks and recommend scalable, creative solutions to meet client objectives.
- Stay current on platform releases, integration trends, and ecosystem enhancements to inform project strategy
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development and system integration.
- Proven experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other platforms (e.g., ERP, HRIS, custom apps).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, and MuleSoft (or similar middleware).
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, and integration patterns.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research and resolve issues independently.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with developers, admins, and business users.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development across integration technologies.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist
- MuleSoft Developer or Architect
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Experience Cloud Consultant
- Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I (a plus)
COMPENSATION
- This role is paid in USD. The annual salary band is $xx,xxx - $xxx,xxx.
- The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, or location.
TERMS OF CONTRACT
- You will be a direct contractor and not an employee. You will not be eligible for company benefits.
