We were founded in 2009 as an IT services and staffing company, headquartered in Baltimore, MD. We provide IT services and IT staffing to government agencies and commercial enterprises. As a certified MBE/WBE/WBENC/WOSB company, we have multi-year contracts with Federal, State, County, and City government agencies. Our commercial clients include Fortune 1000 companies and start-ups across the US.

Our IT solutions include Next-Gen AI, Managed IT Services for infrastructure support, Enterprise IT Development to build custom software, Government Solutions, and IT Operations & Infrastructure Solutions. We also help clients adopt public, private, and hybrid cloud solutions, along with Consulting, Database & Software Development, Business Process Outsourcing, and Product Development, including Salesforce platform development. We deliver these services using onsite, onshore, and hybrid global models. Our IT delivery centers are in Baltimore and Columbia, MD, and New Delhi, India. We work with fixed-price, time & materials, and product development contracts, using various technologies and methodologies like ITIL, SAFe, and Agile.

Our staffing solutions include contract, contract-to-hire, permanent placement, and statement of work job assignments. We serve industries like Government, Education, HR, Healthcare, Finance, Technology, Insurance, Retail, and Energy. We are a CATS Plus (CATS+) master contractor in Maryland and also hold certifications such as Small Business Reserve (SBR) and Woman Owned Minority Business Enterprise (WBE/MBE) from Baltimore City and the Maryland Department of Transportation. We are also ISO certified.
