BlackStone eIT is a leading provider of computer software solutions, specializing in SAP FICO. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP FICO Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in managing and leading a team of SAP FICO consultants, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing guidance and support to team members.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of SAP FICO consultants, providing direction and guidance
Oversee the implementation of SAP FICO projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP FICO
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules and functionality
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP FICO projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong leadership and team management abilities
SAP FICO certification is a plus
