Summary
ACI is a fast-growing provider of US parcel logistics services seeking a Scrum Master to manage projects using Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master will facilitate meetings, mentor teams, eliminate impediments, and ensure adherence to Scrum framework values. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience with Agile and Scrum, hands-on implementation experience, excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a Scrum master certification.

Responsibilities
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Facilitate backlog grooming
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, scrum of scrums and also facilitate decision making process
- Serving as facilitators for Agile teams working under the Scrum methodology
- Ensure development teams follow Scrum framework values and Agile practices
- Mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes and higher scrum maturity
- Eliminating team impediments
- Conflict resolution and maintain a safe & healthy working environment for the team
- Bridging the needs of product management, sales, marketing, operations, and Software development
