About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and scale the data systems that transform how both our team and healthcare organizations understand their impact โ from internal product metrics to customer-facing insights on patient engagement and care outcomes across our platform serving thousands of organizations.
You’ll architect and develop robust analytics pipelines that turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external customers. Working alongside engineering, product, and customer success teams, you’ll create intuitive self-service reporting tools, internal business dashboards, customer-facing analytics, and the foundational infrastructure powering Visualize, our analytics and reporting platform.
This role puts you at the center of enabling data-driven decisions across Healthie and the healthcare organizations we serve. Your systems will help our internal teams optimize product development and business operations, while empowering external providers to track meaningful health outcomes, understand patient engagement, and streamline their care delivery โ ultimately improving healthcare experiences for millions of patients nationwide.

This is a full-time remote position
Must be located in the U.S. and U.S. work authorization is required.
The salary range is $180,000 - $200,000 per year + annual company bonus and benefits
About You
- You have 5+ years of analytics engineering or data engineering experience, with strong skills in SQL and data pipeline development
- You’re proficient in working with large-scale databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and modern data stack tools, particularly dbt, Snowflake, and Metabase
- Knowledge of Python or Ruby for data processing, automation, and integrating with Healthie’s existing stack
- You’ve built production-grade analytics systems and self-service data platforms that serve external customers
- You’re skilled at transforming complex data into clean, actionable insights and customer-facing reportsYou think beyond one-off analyses โ you build reusable, automated analytics infrastructure that scales with the business
- You prioritize data quality, privacy, and compliance, building systems that meet healthcare standards like HIPAA
- You implement robust data testing, monitoring, and observability practices to ensure reliable analytics systems
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and metadata management
- You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, including external customers
- Experience with healthcare analytics, BI tools, or building customer-facing data products is a plus
