We seek an enthusiastic, creative, and 4-8 years of experience Backend Engineer to focus on creating exceptional cloud services and product interfaces for corporate clients. The primary project is Watchmen Brand Protection Solutions. As a (Senior) Backend Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for back-end development, while also taking ownership of a smaller portion of front-end tasks when needed(website platform, API, data ETL) to ensure clients can effortlessly and efficiently utilize Gogolook’s enterprise solution products.

Responsibilities
- Back-end design, development, and maintenance of enterprise solution products to ensure efficient system operation and provide an outstanding user experience.
- Collaborate closely with the PM and design teams to develop and maintain user interfaces for Watchmen, ensuring aesthetics and user-friendliness.
- Integrate back-end services, APIs, and Data ETL to achieve real-time detection, alerts, and threat analysis functionalities.
- Optimize Service performance, including loading speed and resource compression, to ensure the platform operates efficiently.
Minimum qualifications
- Ability to translate complex business logic into intuitive user interfaces to enhance user experience.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Extensive backend development experience with a strong focus on Golang, including successful implementation of solutions using relevant tools and frameworks.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with various databases (SQL and NoSQL), and ability to design, implement, and optimize database structures.
- Proficiency with version control tools, such as Git, including code merging and collaboration.
- Experience with AWS cloud computing services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to learn independently and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and deliver innovative solutions.
Preferred qualifications
- Front-End Experience: Develop and maintain enterprise solution products. Ensure compatibility across various screen sizes and browsers for consistent user experiences.
- Web Technologies: Experience in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Cloud Services Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AWS cloud computing services and thorough understanding of cloud-based solutions and architectures.
- Project Leadership: Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role, with the ability to guide and inspire a team to successful project outcomes.
- Integrated LLMs (like OpenAI) into projects, and use AI tools for real use cases.
- Worked on prompt tuning and helped improve AI features to meet product needs.
