Gogolook, established in 2012, is a TrustTech company that develops AI software.
Our AI technology uses a database of digital scam data, including phone numbers, websites, and virtual currency wallet addresses. This database contains over 2.6 billion entries, primarily from East Asia and Southeast Asia.
We provide anti-scam, fintech, and SaaS risk services for both consumers and businesses. Our services extend from Asia to Europe and America, active in 7 markets worldwide.
Our key products include Whoscall, an unknown caller ID app. It has expanded to 30 overseas markets and reached over 100 million downloads. Whoscall and ScamAdviser collectively have over 24 million monthly active users and have blocked more than 10 billion scam attempts. ScamAdviser offers anti-scam intelligence for businesses.
Roo.Cash is a fintech service providing a platform for comparing and applying for financial products. It was rebranded in 2023 to include Roo AI for financial advice. SpotOne collaborates with platforms to optimize the hiring process through AI-driven automation.
TrustLab is our research and development hub, using AI and data-driven insights to create TrustTech solutions. We also integrated the fact-checking LINE chatbot Auntie Meiyu into our services in 2020.
We are a foundation member of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA) and partner with government agencies and police forces. These include the Taiwan National Police Agency, Thai Royal Police, the Philippines Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center, the Royal Malaysia Police, and local governments in Japan. We have over 400 anti-scam collaborative partners.
In 2022, we acquired the AI-powered startup Crowdinsight and invested in the blockchain startup UnBlock Analysis. We were listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2023 under the stock code “6902.”
