- Own the governance and optimization of critical cloud-based ALM tools, including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Bitbucket, Veracode, SonarQube, Docker, Monitaur, and more.
- Continuously identify and eliminate delivery bottlenecks, championing process improvement and innovation.
- Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and team empowerment.
Have you got what it takes?
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar Agile leadership role in a technical environment.
- Proven success in managing Agile delivery and leading technical projects end to end.
- Deep knowledge of Jira Cloud architecture and ecosystem (Hands-on expertise – advantage)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
- Experience with cloud-based systems and modern software development tools.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
