DSI Systems Inc., a sales enablement company that has an immediate career opportunity for an ambitious individual to fill one of our key roles as a Senior L&I (Lodging & Institutions) Channel Manager. This is a remote sales position that will require approximately 30 – 50% travel within the US.
We’re looking for a highly driven and relationship-focused Senior Channel Manager to oversee and grow our network of DIRECTV Lodging & Institutions dealers across the U.S. In this national role, you will work remotely with frequent travel to meet with dealers and DIRECTV staff, foster relationships, drive sales performance, and be the main point of contact for strategic channel growth within the L&I vertical.

Responsibilities
- Dealer Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary liaison for our network of L&I DIRECTV dealers—building trusted, long-term relationships and supporting their growth
- Channel Growth & Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies to increase dealer engagement, drive sales, and expand market share within the L&I segment
- DIRECTV Partnership:
Collaborate closely with DIRECTV’s L&I team—aligning on initiatives, promotions, and mutual goals to support dealer success
- Field Support & Engagement:
Travel to dealer locations and industry events to provide in-person support, deliver product updates, and strengthen channel relationships
- Performance Monitoring:
Track dealer performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for additional revenue or program optimization
- Training & Enablement:
Help onboard new dealers and educate partners on DSI tools, product updates, installation best practices, and L&I-specific requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in telecom, satellite, or commercial AV industries
- Strong knowledge of DIRECTV services and the Lodging & Institutions (L&I) vertical
- Proven success managing national or regional partner accounts
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time management and organization skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with DIRECTV staff or authorized dealers in the L&I space
- Experience working with distributors, VARs, or integrators in a B2B environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Computer Skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Guaranteed base salary plus commission
