The Opportunity:
The Senior Deal Desk Operations Associate, PEO will play a pivotal role in scaling Deel’s fast-growing PEO business by acting as a trusted partner to our Solution Consulting and Sales teams. This role will focus on pre-sales operational execution—removing friction from the deal lifecycle, driving better internal alignment, and enabling our front-line teams to move faster and close with accuracy.
You’ll help streamline and own high-touch processes like spend analysis, ROI documentation, census file validation, and RFP coordination, bringing operational rigor and strategic insight to every PEO deal. This is a unique opportunity to support a high-growth motion at Deel and directly impact customer experience, revenue growth, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day PEO deal operations, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of manual tasks like census file prep, spend comparisons, employee import validations, and ROI documentation.
Partner closely with PEO Solution Consultants and Sales to accelerate high-quality deals through improved processes, reduced manual touchpoints, and better documentation.
Own operational workflows for RFP coordination, spend tracking, and Workers’ Comp submissions across multiple systems (Salesforce, DealHub, Google Sheets).
Monitor and improve pre-sales documentation quality and ensure handoffs between sales and onboarding are clean and efficient.
Surface operational blockers and lead initiatives to reduce reliance on spreadsheets and email by helping implement automation and system improvements across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Product, Legal and Billing teams to align on policies, system enhancements, and scalable processes.
Assist in building and refining tooling that supports repeatable, compliant, and fast-moving PEO deal cycles.

Key Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in Operations, Implementation Support, or similar roles supporting pre-sales or GTM motions.
Familiarity with PEO, benefits, HR tech, or payroll operations is a strong plus.
Experience working with Salesforce, CPQ tools (e.g., DealHub), and Google Workspace.
Analytical mindset and comfort with Excel/Sheets for spend analysis and data reconciliation.
Background managing RFP workflows, documentation validation, or compliance-sensitive deliverables.
Experience supporting field teams or customer-facing teams with structured, high-quality execution.
