We are a crypto-native algorithmic trading company, founded in 2017. We provide liquidity algorithmically across most cryptocurrency exchanges and trading platforms. Our services include OTC trading products, support for high-profile Web3 projects, and assistance for traditional financial institutions entering the crypto space.

We also invest in, partner with, and incubate projects to help develop the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Our main business focuses on trading technology and providing liquidity.

We operate globally from offices in London, New York, and Singapore, as well as remote locations. Our specialties include algorithmic and quantitative trading, high-frequency market making, and arbitrage across crypto exchanges. We also work with IEO, DeFi, CeFi, and develop software and algorithms for trading applications. Our technology team builds trading systems, analyzes data and market signals, and develops infrastructure for low-latency operations.

Wintermute Ventures, our investment arm, focuses on liquid token strategies. This involves sourcing, evaluating, and executing liquid crypto investments across various tokens, protocols, and ecosystems. We also develop platform products such as Wintermute Node and help build the DeFi ecosystem, including innovating in MEV and developing Rizzolver. We provide liquidity for tokens like BTC, ETH, DOGE, DYDX, OP, AAVE, UNI, and SOL.
