We’re hiring a Sr. Delivery & Operations Analyst—a high-potential individual who’s analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a critical internal role. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to work directly with senior leadership, build strong operational acumen, and play a central role in driving internal performance, reporting, and process optimization.

As a key member of our internal operations team, you’ll support and help lead internal workstreams across strategic operations. Your work will span across financial tracking, utilization reporting, process improvement, and internal initiative execution.

What you get:

  • Total rewards package: from flexible work arrangements to personalized benefit structures and financial compensation options that give you choice and flexibility.
  • Well-being resources: interactive wellness platform and incentives, an employee assistance program and mental health resources, and Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs)
  • Balance & flexibility: Firm Holidays, Flex PTO, paid family leave, summer hours, and remote work options, so you can balance challenging yourself with taking care of yourself.
  • Professional development opportunities: A learning culture with CPA exam resources and bonuses, tuition reimbursement, a coach program, and live classes, workshops, and seminars through BPM University.

Who is successful at BPM:

  • Caring people who put others first
  • Self-starters who embody the BPM entrepreneurial spirit
  • Authentic individuals with a diverse point of view
  • Lifelong learners with a drive to excel
  • Resilient people who rise to the occasion

What you will do:

  • Own and execute internal operational projects — These are NOT client-facing but are strategic initiatives critical to our internal scalability and success.
  • Drive operational efficiency across key internal workstreams — GTM, FDE, IP, PMO, Delivery, Technical, Offshore, and more.
  • Build and maintain predictive performance dashboards — Provide reporting around utilization, project health, internal capacity, financial projections, etc.
  • Analyze financial and operational data — Spot trends, highlight inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership — You’ll work directly with cross-functional senior leaders to understand business needs and implement solutions.
  • Support strategic planning cycles — Help manage the cadence, inputs, and outputs of operational and financial planning.

Who you are:

  • Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Strategy, or related fields.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar preferred.
  • A strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; bonus for exposure to BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Detail-oriented, with a drive for accuracy, clarity, and structure.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative spirit and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to grow into a larger role.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building new processes from scratch.
