Job Description
Experian is seeking a strong leader to drive our growth and expansion into the Media Network landscape. This individual should have a history of building and leading successful programs with large, scaled user bases (tens of millions) in creating and delivering value for its business, partners, and consumers.
The Sr. Director of D2C Audiences will partner with a variety of stakeholders across Experian business units, including product and technology organizations, in developing a strategy and executing against its roadmap. This role requires a strong background in media network technologies, including adtech / martech platforms, demand and supply-side platforms (DSP’s/SSP’s), private marketplaces (PMP’s)—as well as business and product management acumen, including engagement drivers, audience and taxonomy strategy, sales go-to-market, and business operations. You will report to the Vice President of CRM.
What you will do:
- Partner with senior leadership, internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement the Experian Media Network strategy
- Work cross-functionally with product, technology and business teams to lead the strategy, implementation and management of:
- Signal generation and tagging across properties
- Audiences and taxonomies
- Relevant ad and marketing technology platforms to support first and third-party audience orchestration efforts
- Rewards programs to drive on-going user engagement and monetization for both first and third-party use-cases
- Data permissioning, data privacy, opt-in/out compliance
- Measurement and attribution capabilities
- Lead sales go-to-market strategy and playbook; support sales and client teams in external facing capacities where needed
- Serve as SME in data use-cases, data privacy, and data permissibility relating to the Media Network, leading usage scenarios with technology, business, legal, and compliance teams
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in adtech, retail / media network related roles; DSP, SSP, and PMP platforms
- Experience in leading successful cross-functional team outcomes with product, technology, business, legal and compliance teams
- Business and technical acumen; can command a room with leadership, sales and technical teams
- Strong experience in the development of business cases and financial forecasts, and managing delivery against plan; supporting P&L responsibilities
- Strong analytical background, expertise in storytelling and the intersection of data to business outcomes and action
- Strong experience with the Product Operating Model (POM), utilizing OKRs and leading product, design and technology teams to deliver against roadmap
