We offer behavioral health benefits to employers, giving employees a single place to find care. Founded in 2016, we provide digital exercises, EAP services, coaching, therapy, and medication. Our approach uses a proprietary assessment and machine learning to understand individual conditions and match members to personalized care plans. Members also get Care Navigators for guidance, appointment booking, and connections to experts in areas like work-life, legal, or financial services. We offer SpringLife for individuals and families, and SpringWorks for managers and people leaders. Our platform connects members, providers, and HR leaders. Providers use Compass, an Electronic Health Record system designed for mental health, to ensure consistent, effective, and measurable care. Members can often get a provider appointment in less than a day; 95% continue with their recommended provider, and 92% show clinical improvement. We also report a return on investment through clinical improvement and lower medical costs. We support over 20 million covered lives globally and operate in more than 40 countries and 20 languages. Notable clients include Highmark, Target, The Coca-Cola Company, BlackRock, Microsoft, Pfizer, Wawa, Kayak, JB Hunt, Instacart, General Mills, Duolingo, Hearst, and Moda Health. Our milestones include launching Candela, a pay-for-performance network, in 2019, partnering with WPO in 2020 to expand global services, reaching a $2B valuation in 2021, and launching our Compass EHR in 2022.

We offer health, dental, and vision benefits starting on your first day. Employees and their dependents get One Medical accounts, and we offer HSA and FSA plans, contributing up to $1,000 for HSAs. We provide an employer-sponsored 401(k) match of up to 2% after 90 days. Employees and their dependents receive an annual number of no-cost visits to our network of therapists, coaches, and medication management providers. Our paid time off policies include vacation, sick leave, and 12 company holidays. Parental leave offers up to 18 weeks for birthing parents and 16 weeks for non-birthing parents after six months of tenure.
