SUMMARY

As the SeniorDirector of Global Field Marketing, you will lead a high-performing team across EMEA, AMER, and APJ. You’ll be responsible for shaping our global field strategy, driving pipeline growth, and overseeing execution of regional campaigns, partner programs, and strategic events that fuel awareness and revenue.

This role is core to our go-to-market motion and requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

We are focused on candidates located in New York City.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Own the global field marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline growth and account influence across all regions.

  • Lead and mentor a distributed team of field marketers, growing the motion through hands-on execution and scalable strategy.

  • Build a Field Marketing Center of Excellence to support consistent best practices, field enablement, and regional alignment.

  • Partner closely with Sales on territory planning, account strategy, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns and strategic programs aligned to key market moments, audience needs, and business priorities.

  • Lead partner marketing efforts in collaboration with our alliances team — including co-branded events, campaigns, and go-to-market motions with strategic partners.

  • Own the strategy and execution of executive and customer-facing events, ensuring every program drives pipeline, strengthens relationships, and elevates the Wiz brand.

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Product Marketing, Digital, Events, and Comms to amplify field efforts.

  • Monitor performance through clear measurement plans and reporting cadences that align with sales and marketing goals.

  • Ensure all field programs are aligned with Wiz’s brand, values, and commitment to customer success.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 8+ years of experience in Field Marketing, with a strong background in B2B tech or SaaS

  • 5+ years leading high-performing, global teams

  • Proven success developing and executing demand gen and ABM strategies that support sales pipeline

  • Strong experience with partner marketing and event marketing programs at scale

  • Deep familiarity with marketing tech stacks — including Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, 6sense

  • Ability to analyze and act on data to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement

  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills

  • A bias for action, a builder’s mindset, and a deep sense of accountability

Compensation

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.

US Base Pay Range

$199,200—$273,600 USD
