About the Role & Team

Penn Interactive is seeking a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to lead our data-driven acquisition and performance strategies across iCasino and Online Sports Betting brands. This is a high-impact, role focused on maximizing media efficiency, scaling acquisition efforts, and driving measurable business growth across regulated markets in the U.S. and Canada.

About the Work

  • Lead a high-performing team across paid social, programmatic, search, affiliate.
  • Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy, execution, and budget allocation across all acquisition channels.
  • Drive the planning and optimization of multi million dollar UA campaigns with focus on ROI, LTV, and CAC.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Product, Finance, and Marketing to build scalable, automated, and measurable campaigns.
  • Design and execute marketing measurement frameworks leveraging attribution models.
  • Manage forecasting, pacing, and real time performance monitoring to ensure efficiency and budget discipline.
  • Lead creative testing and targeting strategies to drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts including privacy regulation, and first-party data strategies (iOS ATT, GA4).
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities, channels, and tools to maintain competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the brand and creative teams to align messaging and creative with acquisition goals.

About You

  • 6+ years of experience leading growth or performance marketing in direct to consumer verticals preferably within mobile apps, gaming, sports betting, or e-commerce.
  • Deep expertise in digital acquisition channels including Meta, Google Ads, Snap Chat, programmatic DSPs, and affiliate platforms.
  • Proven success managing multi million dollars annual marketing budgets and delivering against aggressive acquisition KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working closely with BI teams on LTV, cohort, and retention analysis.
  • Fluency in media mix modeling, marketing attribution, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Track record of leading and developing performance driven marketing teams.
  • Comfortable navigating a fast paced, regulated environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communicator who can translate performance insights into executive-level narratives.

Salary Range

$180,000—$195,000 USD

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members’ financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, annual performance bonus and equity package — depending on position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.
