For over two decades, BrainPOP has been trusted by educators and parents worldwide as a source of engaging and impactful learning experiences for all kids. With a presence in over two-thirds of U.S. districts through school and district subscriptions and an estimated annual reach of 25 million students, BrainPOP is empowering kids to take agency over their learning and excel in and out of the classroom.

We are thrilled to continue making learning fun and accessible with the strategic guidance and support of KIRKBI.

  • Own Enterprise-Level System Architecture– Develop our Target Architecture to support  our institutional and consumer businesses, ensuring Salesforce, NetSuite, and other  revenue-critical platforms are integrated, scalable, and optimized for efficiency.
  • Own data governance and operational visibility– Ensure that our systems produce clean,  trustworthy, and actionable data for forecasting, board reporting, and strategic decision making.
  • Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership– Collaborate with the CFO, CRO, and  broader executive team to drive planning, investment decisions, and company-wide  alignment.
  • Oversee Agile Execution & Roadmap Planning– Develop and manage a long-term  technology roadmap towards the target architecture, and break down the roadmap into bi weekly sprints for our revenue technology team.

You are

  • A strategic operator– You stay on top of emerging technologies and best practices, and proactively evolve the revenue engine to support growth.
  • A cross-functional leader– You influence across departments to create buy-in, ensuring revenue, product, finance, and operations strategies are aligned.
  • A data-driven decision-maker– You hold a high standard for accuracy and use insights to drive efficiency, predictability, and accountability.
  • A team builder and mentor– You cultivate high-performing, empowered teams and invest in developing leaders.
  • A systems thinker– You understand how process, technology, and behavior interact—and design revenue infrastructure that’s scalable and resilient.
