About Chromatic
We develop and scale web applications for frontend teams, providing workflows for UI tests and reviews. Our Platform API, built with Node.js/TypeScript, Express, Apollo GraphQL, and MongoDB, powers our web app, CLI, internal services, and Storybook add-ons.
We also maintain and contribute to Storybook, a UI component tooling that helps frontend teams safeguard their UI components. Recent projects include accessibility regression testing, building scalable billing infrastructure, launching Storybook Test, improving performance, and shipping ES module builds.
Beyond engineering, we handle RevOps/CRM administration, focusing on HubSpot hygiene, data quality, and go-to-market (GTM) operational support. We also create technical content and programs to support GTM efforts and engage with developers.
