Partner with the Director of FP&A, broader FP&A team, accounting team and business leaders to contribute to our strategic and financial planning processes including supporting our tech-enabled services functions in preparation of an annual budget, rolling financial forecasts and creation and maintenance of financial planning models, systems and tools
Provide FP&A support for various functions including business partnering, strategic support, data/analytics, headcount management and ad-hoc analysis
Manage rolling forecast for supported functions in Adaptive Planning (planning software)
Communication of monthly, quarterly and annual results including variance analysis to executive management and other business leaders
Develop monthly financial reporting of key SAAS metrics and business drivers
Collaboration with business leaders to provide analytical rigor and evaluation of strategic initiatives
Use Domo to provide data and analytics for business partners
Know how to interpret and write beast modes (SQL) in Domo; Create domo cards and dashboards to provide analytical insights to revenue and cost streams.
Maintain and update company instance of Adaptive Planning (FP&A planning software)
Collaborate with other FP&A team members on cross departmental or ad-hoc projects (i.e. maintain the stock comp, fixed asset/depreciation, New ACV, product/vertical P/L’s, commissions forecast, etc.)
Experience you’ll need:
- 3+ years of progressive financial experience (preferably within SAAS)
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills (including advanced model building)
- Strong understanding of SAAS and unit economics
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with senior executives and department heads as an objective and trusted advisor
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with multi-national companies
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and good time management skills
- Expertise with Adaptive and Domo software (2+ years)
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
$88,000 - $139,000 a year
This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity.

Currently, Entrata hires in Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Tennessee for Exempt roles and Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida for Non-Exempt roles.
