We create technology that makes it easier for donors to make large charitable gifts, and for nonprofits to receive them. We work with nonprofit fundraising teams to help them accept gifts from sources like donor-advised funds, stocks, IRAs, and legacy commitments in wills or trusts. We have three main product suites: the Planned Giving Suite, Smart Giving Suite, and Grant Assistant.

Our Planned Giving Suite helps nonprofits raise money through legacy gifts. We offer free online estate planning tools (Last Will and Testament, Revocable Living Trusts, Beneficiary Designations, Financial Power of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directive, Supplemental Needs Trusts) that are legally valid in all 50 states and D.C. We also help nonprofits find new donors through “Featureships” that connect them with people making wills online. We provide marketing materials, microsites, and strategic advice for planned giving.

Our Smart Giving Suite focuses on non-cash assets, giving donors tools to contribute Donor-Advised Funds, stocks, IRAs, and crypto. It also includes marketing materials and strategies to help donors understand tax-efficient giving.

We also offer Grant Assistant, an AI-powered platform that helps write grant proposals. We work with over 2,300 nonprofit partners, including human rights groups, hospitals, universities, and museums. To date, we’ve helped secure over $13.2 billion in commitments for nonprofits. Estate plans made using our tools are four times more likely to include a charitable gift, and these gifts are 4.85 times larger than the national average.
