About you:
Diabolocom is looking for talented programmers to join its AI department. Join our team and play a key role in the development and maintenance of our AI-based systems !
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer to design and develop intuitive and efficient user interfaces for our solutions, and make our backends come alive in a fast and beautiful way. Our projects predominantly focus on Contact Center as a Service use cases, centred on text and speech data, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and speech processing, with AI applications.
At Diabolocom, you will:
· Co-architect new frontend interfaces to contribute to the evolution of our products
· Creating dynamic user interfaces for managing real-time operations
· Improving our frontend architecture with a focus on performance, automation, and auditing
· Making the frontend modular as it will be integrated in the current solution but also embeddable for standalone usage
· Implementing and maintaining frontend testing and TDD practices
· Work hand in hand on a daily basis with the AI Operations team to run the frontend integrations of our backend components in PoCs, components and customer-facing products.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, backend engineers, AI Engineers to deliver high quality frontend solutions
· Stay interested in the evolution of standards to advise and propose upgrade plans
Your developments will contribute to the creation and the optimization of different innovative CCaaS tools & processes !
What we are looking for:
· At least 6 years of relevant experience in frontend development
· You master VueJS, TailwindCSS, ViteJS, and the standard JS frontend developer ecosystem
· You master unit and functional tests strategies and implementations
· You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
· You are autonomous and able to tackle problems by yourself
· Having good knowledge in UI is a plus
· You are curious, always a source of proposals
· You are on the lookout for new technologies and are always ready to learn new things
· You have excellent interpersonal skills
