About the Role

Menlo Security is looking for a talented Senior Engineer to join our Frontend team in Bangalore. You will be part of the team that extends and supports management tools for our world-class remote browser technology on desktop and mobile platforms, which is serving millions of users on Menloโ€™s worldwide cloud. The successful candidate will participate in development, deployment, and monitoring of our portals for our customer administrators and internal configuration portal.

The management team is highly experienced and collegial, with a strong design and code review culture. We encourage candidates with experience in browser technology areas to apply if you feel your skill set can be applied to new challenges.

The position is full-time and either remote (UK time zone) or based in our Bracknell, UK office.

Your Experience

Requirements for the role include:

  • 5+ years of experience working for a software company in a developer role

  • Deep understanding of TypeScript, including its type system and advanced features.

  • Extensive experience with AngularJS

  • Strong knowledge of modern frontend development practices, including testing (Jest), build tools (Webpack), and UI/UX principles.

  • Experience designing and implementing scalable web application architectures.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API design principles.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and debug complex issues.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proactive, ambitious, with a strong ability to learn new technologies.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • BSc or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field
