You will be:

  • leading and mentoring a team of Guidewire developers working on PolicyCenter (PC) and BillingCenter (BC),

  • collaborating closely with stakeholders and clients to define solution architecture and technical direction,

  • hands‑on with Guidewire development, configuration, integration, and customization,

  • responsible for overseeing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and deployment strategies for Guidewire applications,

  • driving architectural decisions, balancing configuration vs customization trade‑offs.

Requirements

Your profile:

  • willingness to relocate to Sweden and join the client on‑site after 6 months.

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter,

  • deep knowledge of Guidewire Integration Framework (GOSU, Web Services, Messaging),

  • 3+ years working in GOSU,

  • proven track record leading Guidewire implementations or upgrades,

  • strong expertise in ACE (Advanced Configuration Engineering),

  • practical understanding of configuration vs customization trade‑offs,

  • experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools tailored for Guidewire,

  • demonstrated leadership in agile delivery teams,

  • English proficiency at B2–C1 level.

Nice to have

  • Guidewire certification in PC and/or BC,

  • experience with ClaimCenter,

  • familiarity with data migration and archival strategies in Guidewire,

  • practical experience in Java development.

Work from EU and a work permit to work from EU are required.
