Idera is a high growth, highly profitable multinational software company owned by multiple private equity companies, including Partners Group, TA Associates and HGGC. We are seeking a talented, forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Human Resource Generalist. The purpose of this position is to provide human resource expertise and collaborate with the HR Team. We are searching for an energized “go-to” HR pro to master the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation and verify headcount and well as other reportingfor the Finance and Accounting team
- Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedure
- Manage international HR efforts and activities
- Collaborate and drive HR projects across the team
- Lead Mergers and Acquisition activities. including due diligence and integration
- Juggle conflicting initiatives and special projects
- Other duties as needed
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience considered
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standard practices, policies, procedures, or government law.
- Effective decision-making and communication skills are required as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Excellent interpersonal skills to include both written and oral
- Experience with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (vLookups, Pivot Tables)
