The Opportunity
This role represents a unique opportunity for professionals looking to contribute to Adobe’s and Blue Acorn iCi’s reputation as leaders in digital transformation. As a Sr. Integration Consultant, you will deliver best-in-class consulting services to top-tier clients, helping them drive measurable business outcomes through strategic implementations of Adobe Workfront and related platforms.
You will play a critical role in assessing, designing, and deploying work management solutions and integrations across Adobe and third-party systems. The ideal candidate has strong Workfront Fusion experience and a deep understanding of the Adobe ecosystem, including AEM, AJO, Campaign, and Target. Familiarity with the broader content supply chain is highly desirable.
This is a client-facing position, with occasional travel (up to 20%) expected for client engagements.
What You’ll Do
Design and configure enterprise-level business process solutions using Workfront.
Integrate Workfront with other platforms in the content supply and activation chain.
Lead strategic implementations and develop scalable solution designs.
Drive adoption of Workfront through integrations and workflow optimization.
Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade automations and integrations with Workfront Fusion.
Oversee Fusion technical development ensuring scalable, repeatable practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues post-deployment.
Collaborate on project plans, technical documents, forms, reports, and artifacts.
Facilitate technical discussions and mentor clients and stakeholders.
Serve as a business process workflow/configuration SME.
Contribute to internal methodology and product improvements.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of business process/management consulting experience.
Proven hands-on expertise with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
Understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEM, AJO, Campaign, Target).
Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale integrations (enterprise level).
Strong documentation skills for process mapping and requirements.
Proficiency in RESTful and GraphQL APIs; understanding of system architectures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Leadership skills and a drive for results and adoption.
Willingness to travel up to 20% (or more for specific engagements).
