Location: Poland
Role Level: Principal Consultant
Experience: 6+ years
Key Responsibilities:
Work with clients to define and document IRRBB requirements and business processes.
Support the implementation of IRRBB solutions, including data analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Liaise between business teams and IT to ensure accurate solution design.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to IRRBB frameworks.
Assist in risk model validation and reporting
Requirements
Strong experience in business analysis within financial services.
Knowledge of IRRBB is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Experience working with risk management or ALM systems.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
