Salesforce Developer - Marketing Cloud

This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing Consulting Business working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions. The Salesforce Developer will be part of a modernization programme for our client’s tech landscape, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): Hands-on expertise in SFMC with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. SFMC Certification is preferred.
Campaign Management: Experience in end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
Data Handling: Strong skills in data analytics, cleansing, and segmentation to support targeted marketing efforts.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HTML, SQL, and AMPscript for building dynamic and personalized marketing content.
Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to gather and translate requirements from stakeholders at all levels into actionable technical solutions.
Salesforce Platform Development:
Custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Design and build custom applications using both declarative and programmatic approaches.
Strong proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins), unit testing, and TDD.
Integration experience with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
Familiarity with deployment tools like Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, and ANT.
Agile/Scrum team collaboration experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification.
Experience in financial services or payments industry.
Full lifecycle development experience.
