The IAM Specialist will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) solutions using an Identity integrations platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, secure user authentication, and efficient access management processes.

Your Impact:
- Implement and configure Okta IAM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Manage integrations between Okta and various applications, including HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to IAM implementations.
- Perform troubleshooting and provide support for IAM solutions, including issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in IAM implementations.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate IAM configurations and integrations.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members and clients.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather
- requirements and define IAM solutions.
Your Toolkit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, 5 years experience Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Okta platforms and IAM solutions.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting IAM solutions.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, Okta Certified
- Administrator, or Okta Certified Developer are a plus
- Proficiency in Okta, identity and access management (IAM), and integration technologies.
Compensation:
$110,000 USD - $126,000 USD
The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
