Summary
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, adoption, and revenue growth across the entire customer journey. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure personalized, data-driven touchpoints that support our customers at every stage. This role is critical to Deel’s customer experience and retention efforts—identifying key moments in the lifecycle to introduce new products, encourage feature usage, and unlock expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to engage prospects and customers across all stages of their journey, driving key outcomes such as product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention.
Identify key moments within the entire customer lifecycle to introduce relevant products or guide desired behaviors, leveraging behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization.
Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to evaluate effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on ROI and key lifecycle KPIs (onboarding, activation, cross-sell, engagement, retention, expansion)
Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments across email, in-app messaging, and other digital channels to continuously improve messaging, engagement, and conversion rates.
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategies, product positioning, feature launches, and overall customer experience across the entire lifecycle.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
Deep understanding of integrated B2B lifecycle marketing strategies across various customer segments.
Proven track record of developing and executing cross-sell and upsell campaigns that deliver measurable revenue impact.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and apply them to optimize marketing initiatives.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot and Braze.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fully remote environment.
Experience managing or contributing to large-scale projects involving cross-functional teams across different cultures and time zones.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with a high degree of autonomy.
Demonstrates a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in situations with limited structure or clarity.
