Summary
Translated is seeking a Senior Localization Account Executive located in the USA to join their Enterprise Growth Team. The role involves driving sales and coordinating project execution for key accounts, with a focus on selling AI-enabled translation services to enterprise clients. The candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in a similar sales role in the translation & localization industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to work.
Requirements
- Candidate must be highly motivated, ambitious, and flexible
- Possess a high level of energy and integrity
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Completion and use of sales process training (CCS, Miller Heiman, Challenger, etc.)
- Ability to make presentations in group settings
- Take a proactive approach to their work in terms of being a self-starter with a pursuit mentality
- Excellent business focus: awareness of competitive environment, ability to continuously seek out new opportunities
- Creative thinker who takes the initiative to get tasks completed and investigates new ways of accomplishing goals
- Ability to meet or consistently exceed sales quotas
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar sales role in the translation & localization industry, and prior experience with the full life cycle of a sales process
- Bachelor's Degree or above, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with a diverse and remote team within an international environment
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience within the technology companies and experience selling tools and services
- Must possess valid Passport for international travel
Responsibilities
- Account Executive will work collaboratively with technical and operations teams to coordinate project execution and help grow key accounts
- AEs will be able to identify and secure major accounts from multinational companies across all industries through cold-calling, networking, email, etc
Preferred Qualifications
- High-level knowledge of commercial translation tools a plus
- Experience selling large, complex technical solutions to the world’s largest multinational companies is a plus
