  • Partner with RevOps and GTM teams to implement Capacity-Based Demand (CapBD) models that align marketing efforts with sales capacity and pipeline needs.
  • Ensure accurate data hygiene, segmentation strategies, and audience list development for all campaigns and GTM motions.

Reporting & Performance Analytics

  • Create and manage marketing performance dashboards that track funnel metrics, campaign effectiveness, and lead lifecycle insights.
  • Provide actionable insights on MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, attribution performance, and campaign ROI.
  • Assist in A/B testing strategies for landing pages, emails, and lead flows to continuously optimize conversion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Demand Generation, SDR/BDR teams, RevOps, and Sales to align lead flow, campaign execution, and measurement.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to ensure consistent definitions and governance of marketing data.
  • Support marketing planning with historical performance analysis, forecast modeling, and budget tracking as needed.

What You’ll Need:
