Job Summary
As a S enior ML/Data Engineer (16589), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and maintain data pipelines – Build scalable and efficient pipelines for collecting, processing, and storing large datasets.
- Support machine learning workflows – Prepare, clean, and transform data to feed ML models and ensure data quality.
- Optimize and monitor data systems – Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of data infrastructure and workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
- Professional/ Advanced English skills.
- +5 years of experience.
- Programming Languages: Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and scripting (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- SQL Expertise: Strong ability to write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or similar).
- Machine Learning: Extensive experience in building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Time Series Analysis: Deep expertise in time series forecasting methods (e.g., ARIMA, SARIMA, ETS, Prophet, RNNs/LSTMs) and handling temporal data challenges like seasonality and trend analysis.
