Howdy 👋 Are you an experienced paid media specialist who is looking for a rewarding, high-growth position at a boutique marketing agency?

We are marketers and operators working in an exciting professional niche and we are looking for some new folks to join us. Your role with the team will be to manage monthly spend and then build out a paid media team.

Requirements

Here’s some of what you’ll do daily/weekly/monthly:

  • Build campaigns in Google, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn advertising platforms

  • Assist in and manage the creation of ads by working with copywriters and designers

  • Monitor key lead generation metrics and refine campaigns based on what you are seeing

  • Assist in the creation and presentation of reports to client stakeholders

  • Perform research on keywords and other items related to clients’ broader marketing strategies

  • Align deliverables with other campaigns (SEO, email marketing, marketing automation, & CRO strategies)

  • Build out a paid media team servicing attorneys, accountants, and other professionals

Here’s what you might have to be a good fit:

  • 3+ years of managing paid media campaigns

  • Experience working with $10k+ monthly budgets

  • Experience working with local, national, and international campaigns

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs

  • Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, etc.)

  • Facebook certifications

  • Ability to identify opportunities for enhancing processes and contribute to the agency’s knowledge base
