We are looking for a Senior Producer who will contribute to the entire lifecycle of HTML5 casual game development - from inception to live maintenance. As a key player, you’ll lead the delivery of top-notch products, becoming an integral part of an agile, multidisciplinary, and creatively charged game development team.

About the role
As a Senior Producer at CoolGames, you take responsibility for delivering high-quality products. Your teamwork will be fundamental to the success of the products you work on.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating product decision-making & Scrum team rituals such as standups, reviews, and planning sessions
- Leading and overseeing the entire game development process from concept to launch
- Leading project teams and some of the company’s activities
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans and schedules
- Continuously monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track
- Maintaining thorough documentation of project plans, decisions, and progress for reference and future analysis
- Maintaining open and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
About you
You are responsible, well-organized, structured, communicative, collaborative, and result-oriented. You are mature enough to act independently using common sense and consistently deliver expected results aligned with the company’s vision and goals. You see yourself as a strong team player.
The right candidate meets most of the following requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in a Producer role for casual game development, preferably in mobile F2P or HTML5 markets
- Led teams of up to 30 people
- Worked on several casual games and can show your achievements
- Adept in agile methodology (Kanban and Scrum frameworks)
- Proficiency in modern project management tools and the Jira task tracker
- Analytics-driven and know where to measure and how to apply key development metrics
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills for conveying project updates and proposals to stakeholders
- Product and game design experience, understanding how to work with key game metrics are a huge plus
