About the role

As Senior Game Designer you will own the full LiveOps lifecycle for our casual free-to-play web and mobile titles. Drawing on player-behavior data and market research, you will shape an evolving roadmap of in-game events, content drops, A/B experiments and monetization beats that address KPI pain points, lift retention and grow both IAP and ad revenue. Armed with tools such as GameAnalytics, you will translate insights into clear, high-impact actions, weigh effort versus impact, and continuously iterate to keep our games fresh and competitive. Working side-by-side with developers, artists, QA and marketing in an agile environment, you will articulate strategy and results to stakeholders at every level, ensuring smooth, cross-disciplinary execution. At the same time you will coach and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making and constant improvement across the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define an evolving LiveOps strategy and content roadmap for our casual F2P web and mobile games, focusing on events, IAP offers, and ad-driven promotions that drive engagement and revenue;
  • Design and implement in-game experiments (A/B tests, event variations) and use the results to inform design decisions. Continuously iterate on features based on player data, ensuring that each update measurably improves player satisfaction and monetization;
  • Stay on top of casual gaming market trends and top-grossing competitor titles. Identify and pitch new content ideas or mechanics (e.g., time-limited challenges, seasonal events, loyalty rewards) that align with successful industry patterns and fit our games’ audience;
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on LiveOps plans, product vision, and post-event analyses. Clearly communicate the “why” behind your strategy, backing it up with data and research, to secure buy-in from both internal stakeholders and external partners;
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team (design, developers, art, QA, marketing) to ensure LiveOps initiatives are implemented smoothly. Participate in agile rituals (stand-ups, sprint planning) to align LiveOps tasks with development cycles and broader product goals.
  • Guide and inspire junior game designers while cultivating an environment that embraces innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

  • You have at least 5+ years of professional experience as Game Designer, Producer, Product Manager, or a related role within the mobile gaming industry with strong expertise in LiveOps for free-to-play titles;
  • Deep familiarity with top-grossing casual games and current F2P mechanics. You understand what keeps players coming back and spending, and you’re adept at forecasting industry shifts in player behavior or monetization strategies;
  • Your background is a blend of creative Game Design and strategic Product Management. You’re adept at transforming complex data and KPIs into actionable design improvements and visionary strategies;
  • A strong analytical background enables you to translate complex data into actionable design changes. You thrive on using data and KPIs to inform decisions, ensuring every feature or event serves both player enjoyment and business objectives;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You’re capable of articulating your vision, design rationale, and data insights clearly to a variety of audiences—whether it’s writing a design spec or presenting to executives;
  • Proven experience working in international, cross-functional teams. You value collaboration and know how to integrate creative, technical, and commercial perspectives into a cohesive product direction;
  • You have mentorship or leadership experience. You enjoy helping junior designers grow, and you inspire teams by championing innovation and maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude;
  • Proven experience with Game Economy Design is a bonus;
