We are looking for Senior Product Analyst.

Required skills: Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Tableau/Power BI, cloud platforms, SQL. data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.

We offer: 100% remote work, flextime & flexplace, dev-friendly processes, long-term collaboration.

Freelance assignment: full-time, 6-months project, B2B contract, data science support to build/enhance AI/ML models.

Salary brackets: 30-40 eur/h.

Project scope:

  • Formulate business problems and strategic objectives into data science projects.
  • Utilize company’s data to build the appropriate solutions using statistical heuristics and machine learning.
  • Design the best approach to solve business problems by achieving the required accuracy and meeting time constraints.
  • Identify the best evaluation metrics for each solution.
  • Support the business by answering complex questions using advanced analytics.
  • Build scalable machine learning pipelines that will be deployed in production.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden insights.
  • Design and run experiments for hypothesis testing and analyze its results

Must-haves:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product/data analytics, consulting, or related quantitative role;

  • The ability to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way.

  • The determination to initiate and lead/own strategic projects to completion in a scrappy environment with a cross-functional team.

  • Experience in product, ad tech and/or marketing domains.

  • Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

  • Familiarity with cloud platform s (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data processing services.

  • Proficiency in SQL.

  • Knowledge of Java, Scala, or other programming languages is a plus.

  • Clear and concise communication with strong cross-functional partnership experience.

  • Drive measurement strategy for the area under scope, defining success metrics, and implementing best practices around experiment design and statistical analysis.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Very good command of written and spoken English (C1) is required.
