We offer a flat 2.6% payment processing rate with no hidden fees, and provide card readers for in-person transactions, including a ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ option. We are headquartered in NYC.

Our NYC team works a hybrid schedule, requiring 3-4 days in the office per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are often mandatory in-office days. Some remote work options are available, such as for Onboarding Specialists based in Canada.

Customer support is available Monday through Friday from 10 am to 8 pm ET and Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm ET.
