JOB SUMMARY

NZXT is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of NZXT CAM, our proprietary PC monitoring and hardware control software. In this role, you will own the end-to-end software product roadmap, driving innovation that enhances the user experience for PC enthusiasts and gamers worldwide.

You will work closely with hardware product managers to align CAM’s features and user experience with NZXT’s expanding portfolio of DIY PC hardware, including coolers, fans, lighting, and power systems, ensuring seamless go-to-market launches and integrated software-hardware solutions.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close partnership with software engineering, UX/UI design, QA, marketing, and customer support teams. You will be responsible for identifying user needs, defining requirements, setting priorities, and delivering high-quality features that drive user satisfaction and product performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and evolve the NZXT CAM software roadmap, from strategy through execution.
  • Partner with hardware product management to deliver compelling hardware-software integrations.
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning for new hardware launches, ensuring CAM is optimized to support feature sets on day one.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, and support to deliver performant and intuitive experiences.
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback and industry trends from multiple sources, including support channels, analytics, Reddit, community forums, and social media (leveraging AI tools where appropriate), to inform product decisions.
  • Champion a user-first mindset, balancing technical constraints with experience goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer software or hardware-integrated products.
  • Proven track record of owning product roadmaps, defining product strategies, utilizing product frameworks, and shipping high-impact features.
  • Experience working on consumer-facing software, especially applications that integrate with hardware or involve performance monitoring, device control, or similar technical domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, QA and customer support, to deliver cohesive product experiences.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, AI tools for -design and -research. And analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of PC hardware, DIY PC building, and the enthusiast gaming market is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; is a plus.
